We work to collect as much information about your company as possible – strategy, purpose, objective and brand.

We run a pulse survey with existing employees asking 5 to 8 questions to identify what they value so we can include that in the focus group.

3-6 Hour Workshop
Identify high performers in the business to attend a focus group to get their involvement and insight into the development of the company EVP. This can be done in-person or remotely.
