Alicia Lykos is the founder and Chief Talent Optimiser at Red Wolf Group. Prior to starting her own business, she was the HR Director for multiple software companies and has a deep connection to the IT and professional services industry.
Alicia has been the right hand and trusted advisor for dozens of CEO’s around the country. She is passionate about empowering workplaces to inspire, ignite and nurture leaders at all levels and creating high performing teams using science.

Olga is a passionate Employee Experience and People and Culture practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. She’s worked alongside multiple startups and established businesses across Australia and UK markets.
A qualified Predictive Index Practitioner, she has worked to embed PI and its principles into organisations, allowing teams to reach their full potential by highlighting their strengths and areas of growth. Olga has been a coach and mentor at the executive and leadership level where she takes a pragmatic approach to helping others reach various organisational goals.

Geoff is the founder and principal of People Motion. Working with small-to-medium sized businesses with high growth potential, Geoff’s passion is to advance performance, align business capability, and drive profitability through people.
Geoff’s career has always been in the arena of Human Resources, primarily in people development. Having worked in a corporate setting, it was there where Geoff developed his passion for people and interest in behavioural management.
