Alexia has been part of Red Wolf Group since 2021 and has grown alongside the business — helping to shape, deliver, and continuously elevate the leadership programs that have become Red Wolf’s hallmark.

As the designer and lead facilitator of Leadership Odyssey, Red Wolf’s flagship program for frontline and emerging leaders, Alexia has guided hundreds of participants through transformative learning experiences that build capability, confidence, and connection — earning rave reviews from participants and leaders alike.

A Certified Predictive Index Trainer, Alexia also facilitates the intensive 2-Day PI Certification Program, equipping leaders and HR teams with the knowledge to use behavioural data in practical, high-impact ways. She’s known for making complex people data clear, relatable, and immediately actionable.

Alexia also leads many of Red Wolf’s key client initiatives — from Employee Value Proposition and Values Design projects, to Predictive Index implementations, employee engagement surveys, and team development workshops. She partners with clients to interpret people analytics, uncover patterns, and reduce turnover through smarter, data-driven decisions.

Currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching, Alexia continues to expand her expertise across facilitation, consulting, and coaching — embodying the Red Wolf philosophy of lifelong learning and practical impact.
