As Red Wolf Group’s Director of Talent (aka Head of Delivery), Sarah leads all consulting, facilitation, and client delivery across the business, partnering directly with CEOs, executive teams, and senior leaders to build confident, high-performing organisations.
With over two decades of experience in leadership development, organisational psychology, and applied positive psychology, Sarah is the architect behind Red Wolf’s signature frameworks, including the Leadership Architecture and the award-winning Manage with Confidence program — recognised by AITD in 2023 as Australia’s Best Leadership Development Program.
A strategist at heart and a scientist by training, Sarah blends behavioural data, neuroscience, and positive psychology to design interventions that create measurable shifts in mindset, capability, and culture. Her current PhD research in Positive Psychology and Leadership underpins a practical, evidence-based approach — turning theory into real-world transformation.
Before joining Red Wolf, Sarah shaped leadership and learning initiatives for global brands such as Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, Tiffany & Co., and HelloFresh. Her work is known for its depth and rigour, yet delivered with clarity, empathy, and impact. CEOs and executives value her ability to distil complex insights into actionable strategies that elevate both people and performance.
Sarah is a certified executive coach (ICF PCC-level) and holds postgraduate qualifications in educational neuroscience, counselling, coaching, and human resource management. Her leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: confidence is built through capability, connection, and conscious practice.
At Red Wolf, Sarah ensures every client engagement, from executive coaching to large-scale leadership programs, is delivered with precision, insight, and empathy.
