PI Pit stop
Get Under The Hood with Behavioural Data

What is
pi pit stop?

45 minutes  |  Monthly  |  Free

A MONTHLY DOSE OF PRACTICAL PI Application

PI Pit Stop is Red Wolf Group's monthly webinar series — free for all PI clients as part of your partnership with us. Each 45-minute session tackles a real workplace challenge through a behavioural lens, with practical PI-focused learning built around you: how you work, what drives you, and how you can get more out of every day.

Each month, we pick one topic and go deep. Some sessions are for employees who want to understand their own working style, communication preferences, and what they need to do their best work. Others are for managers and HR leaders who want to use PI more intentionally across hiring, team design, and development. All of them are built around one idea: that PI is most powerful when everyone in your organisation knows how to use it — not just the people at the top.

sessions are designed to

  1. Be short enough to fit in your day
  2. Built for every level and every role
  3. Use the PI tools you already have
  4. Provide practical takeaways to use today

Who should register?

EVERYONE.

You'll get a lot from it if you're:

  • An employee who wants to understand your own behavioural drives and use that self-awareness to work better, communicate more clearly, and reduce friction day-to-day
  • A manager who wants to lead your team with more insight — and help your people understand each other
  • An HR leader or people manager who wants to use PI more strategically across hiring, onboarding, and team design
  • New to PI and looking for a practical, low-pressure way to build your confidence with it fast

UPCOMING SESSIONS

Here's what's on the horizon, book your spot in advance.

THe Behavioural Science of Change

12 AUGUST 2026

Change tends to trigger strong emotional and behavioural reactions, and without a shared way to talk about them, teams can be caught off guard. This session unpacks why people respond so differently and gives you frameworks and language to navigate change together.

Are you oversharing or undersharing

16 SEPTEMBER 2026

Communication style often runs on autopilot, shaped by drives like extraversion and formality most people have never consciously examined. Learn your natural default for how much you share and when, and pick up practical ways to recalibrate it for clarity.

Different teams, different languages

14 OCTOBER 2026

Tension between teams is rarely about people not getting along, more often it's a mismatch in pace, priorities, and communication norms. This session uses team-level data to make sense of where that friction comes from, gives practical changes to try in your next cross-team interaction.

coaching yourself and others

11 NOVEMBER 2026

Coaching conversations can easily slide into advice-giving rather than helping someone develop their own thinking, especially when you're coaching yourself through a blind spot. Learn the GROW framework and how to apply it both to your team and to your own cautions in the moment.

Your profile's crisis behaviours

13 JANUARY 2027

Under pressure, people fall into stress behaviours without recognising them, and many are disguised as productive behaviours rather than obvious red flags. This session helps you decode the specific stress behaviours tied to your profile, so you can catch them before they work against you.

how to navigate hard feedback conversations

10 FEBRUARY 2027

Knowing what to say in a tough conversation is only half the battle, the real challenge is often pushing through the discomfort to have it at all. This session looks at your typical reaction under pressure and how to read the way others are likely to respond, so you leave with a more confident way to open it.

AI as your pi assistant

17 MARCH 2027

AI tools are usually applied in a one-size-fits-all way, rarely tied back to your actual working style or the areas you find hardest to manage alone. Get introduced to Obi and learn how to bring your own PI profile into any AI platform you use, so it works the way you do.

delegating not only as a manager

14 APRIL 2027

Delegation is too often treated as a manager-only skill, leaving everyone else without a real way to think about handing work off. Everyone delegates. This session offers the 7 Layers of Delegation as a practical framework, guided by trust and competency rather than title.

when differences feel like friction

12 MAY 2027

Tension rarely comes out of nowhere, it usually shows up when two different ways of working collide in real time, and it's easy to read that collision as personal rather than behavioural. This session focuses on recognising what's actually driving the friction and one practical move to try before it escalates.

teams built to adapt

16 JUNE 2027

The teams that handle change well usually aren't the most talented, they're the ones that understand their own dynamics well enough to draw on them under pressure. Explore what shapes a team's resilience and the role you play in holding things together when change hits.

communicating 'how to work with me'

14 JULY 2027

Without a clear way to express it, what you know about your own working style tends to stay private, leaving colleagues to learn it the slow way through trial and error. This session helps you build a personal operating manual that turns your self-awareness into something concrete and shareable.

effective influencing in the workplace

11 AUGUST 2027

Strong ideas can still fail to land simply because of how they're pitched and to whom. Explore your natural way of influencing others and how to adjust it for people whose styles differ from yours, so you leave with a plan for your next big pitch.

what's missing in your 1:1s

15 SEPTEMBER 2027

1:1s can easily settle into a routine of status updates if no one is actively shaping what gets discussed. This session looks at the different kinds of conversations a 1:1 can hold, and which ones your own and your manager's tendencies based on your profiles naturally favour.

decisions based on data vs decisions based on gut

12 OCTOBER 2027

Some people lean on data before committing to a decision, others trust their gut and move, and when the two collide without either side understanding why, it reads as stubbornness or recklessness. This session unpacks the objective/subjective factor behind that mismatch, so your reasoning lands whoever you're speaking to.

how to understand your manager's way of working

10 NOVEMBER 2027

Managing up means proactively owning the relationship with your manager, not waiting to be managed, communicating in a way they can actually receive, and anticipating what they need. Learn to read your manager's profile and build a relationship based on trust and independence, not just compliance.

Get to know the real you

23 JULY 2025

This session dives into a deeper understanding of your behavioural drivers and what that means for how you work, communicate, and show up in a team. You will gain practical insight into your own needs and strengths, helping them make smarter, more intentional choices to improve their energy, performance, and impact.

SPEAK SO THEY'LL ACTUALLY LISTEN

20 AUGUST 2025

This session explores how your PI profile shapes the way you communicate and how others prefer to receive information. You'll learn to spot friction points between different behavioural styles and walk away with practical flex strategies to adapt your tone, pace, and approach so your message actually lands.

WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO AREN'T LIKE YOU

24 SEPTEMBER 2025

This session unpacks why clashes happen between teammates who both mean well and how PI can help. You'll learn to spot working style mismatches, use the Relationship Guide to understand collaboration dynamics, and apply simple strategies to reduce friction and build stronger trust across your team.

HOW TO STAY ENERGISED AT WORK

22 OCTOBER 2025

This session helps you understand why some days leave you running on empty and what your PI profile reveals about the root cause. You'll learn to identify what energises versus drains you, spot early signs of burnout, and walk away with practical strategies to redesign your day for better focus, flow, and engagement.

HOW TO GIVE AND RECEIVE FEEDBACK LIKE A PRO

24 NOVEMBER 2025

This session tackles why feedback so often misses the mark and how PI can change that. You'll learn to tailor how you deliver and receive feedback based on behavioural drives, apply the SBI model to make it specific and constructive, and build the confidence to create a team culture where honest, growth-focused conversations actually stick.

MAKE YOUR 1:1S USEFUL

12 JANUARY 2026

This session reframes the 1:1 from a status update into a genuine development conversation. You'll learn how to use PI insights to tailor each check-in to the individual, structure conversations that uncover blockers and build trust, and apply coaching-style prompts that drive engagement, clarity, and growth.

Plan for people before a project

25 FEBRUARY 2026

This session shows you how to use PI before a project kicks off not just to plan the work, but to plan for the people doing it. You'll explore how individual profiles shape communication and execution, what Team Analytics reveals about your group's strengths and blind spots, and how to anticipate team behaviours before they derail your timeline.

SET GOALS THAT ACTUALLY MOTIVATE YOU

10 JUNE 2026

This session reframes goal-setting around how you're actually wired — because when goals don't stick, the problem usually isn't discipline, it's alignment. You'll learn why some goals naturally motivate you while others feel like a constant push, and walk away with practical ways to set goals that fit your behavioural drives and actually follow through.

PLAN YOUR DAY BASED AROUND YOUR PI PROFILE

8 JULY 2026

This session shows you how to structure your day around your natural behavioural rhythm instead of working against it. You'll learn to identify when you do your best work (and when you don't), organise your tasks to match that rhythm, and walk away with practical strategies to protect your focus and get more out of the hours you actually have.
