Her work is built on a single conviction: that the organisations who learn to predict their people will be the ones who predict their growth.

She founded Red Wolf Group with a clear purpose: to help organisations bring science, data and behavioural insight into the people decisions that shape business performance. Today, Red Wolf works with leaders and organisations across Australia to translate that methodology into practical, measurable change. The work spans leadership development, team diagnostics, hiring strategy, engagement analytics and bespoke people programs designed around each organisation’s specific goals and strategy.

Before founding Red Wolf Group, Alicia spent more than fifteen years inside some of the world’s largest technology organisations, working her way through senior Human Resources roles before spending the final six years as an HR Director reporting directly to the CEO. These were data-driven environments where every major business decision was grounded in evidence and analytics. Sales teams tracked pipeline with precision. Finance teams forecast performance to the decimal. Operations teams measured and optimised every process in the business.
