YOUR SCOPE AND OURS
YOUR PI LICENCE IS DESIGNED FOR CHAIR-LEVEL USE.
HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT'S IN SCOPE FOR YOU, AND WHEN TO BRING RED WOLF IN.
YOUR SCOPE
The below is all made available to you complimentary as apart of the relationship.
✓ Profile your members behaviourally
Send PI assessments to current and prospective members. Use their profiles in 1:1 coaching conversations and to deepen your understanding of how they think, communicate, and lead. Includes profiling prospective new members before they join your group.
✓ Profile up to 5 people within one member's organisation
If a member wants to profile key people in their team — up to 5 individuals within their organisation falls within your scope. This gives them meaningful behavioural insight without requiring a full engagement. Beyond 5, refer to Red Wolf.
✓ Profile a job with a member
Run a Job Target with a member facing a hire. Use the PI Job Report to help them define what behavioural fit looks like for a specific role — giving them a sharper lens before they advertise or interview.
✓ Run the Team Dynamics tool on your own Vistage group
Use the Team Insights wheel (provided in your training pack) to plot your members. This is one of the most powerful things you can do with PI in the room, understanding how the group's collective profile shapes its strengths, blind spots, and patterns.
WHERE RED WOLF FITS IN
The following require a Red Wolf engagement. If a member asks about any of these, that's your cue to make an introduction.
→ Profiling candidates
Shortlisting or assessing candidates against a role.
→ Team Dynamics for a member's internal team
Running a PI team session inside a member's organisation.
→ Profiling more than 5 people in one organisation
Any engagement beyond 5 profiles in a single organisation.
→ Engagement surveys, ELT alignment, or broader PI related programs
Anything that requires a structured, facilitated engagement.
If a member is ready for any of these next steps, you can make a simple introduction over email. We can organise a call with them to explore with them with best next steps. We will always keep you informed of the outcome and recommendations.
READY TO MAKE AN INTRODUTION?
If a member is ready to go deeper, the simplest thing you can do is connect them with Alicia directly. One email connecting them both.
We'll handle everything from there - booking a discovery call, understanding what they need, and finding the right path forward.
You don't need to pitch it or follow up. Just make the intro and we can explore it further with them.
Introduce your member to Alicia Lykos at alicia@redwolfgroup.com.au

FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Hi name,
As you may know, in a previous session, we had an expert come and work with our group on Predictive Index (PI), a workplace behavioural science tool that builds a picture of how people are wired at work. It was a great session and I've been using it in the recent months to add value to our coaching sessions.
I wanted to personally extend the invitation to you to complete your own assessment. It takes about five minutes and gives you a genuinely useful picture of yourself at work - what drives and motivates you, how you naturally communicate and make decisions, how you lead others, and what you need from your environment to do your best work.
What I find most valuable is that it gives us a shared language in our 1:1s. Instead of working from instinct, we can look at what's actually driving your thinking and behaviour and use that to go deeper in our conversations together.
There are no right or wrong answers. Just answer instinctively and let it do its thing.
Here's your personal link to complete it:

Let me know if you have any questions. Looking forward to exploring it with you.

POPULAR PI PROFILES IN VISTAGE & RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS
MAY 2026
Over 1,000 Vistage members across Australia and New Zealand have been profiled through Red Wolf Group. In this session, Alicia shares what it actually shows, which behavioural profiles dominate Vistage rooms and which ones are almost never in the room.
Then an introduction to a sales and influence framework built directly from PI, showing you how to tailor your approach to a prospective member based on their behavioural profile. Whether you're recruiting someone new or trying to deepen engagement with someone already in your group, you'll leave with a sharper, more personalised way to have that conversation.
DESIGNING A ROLE & PI IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
JULY 2026
Helping you profile a role along side a member so they can get crystal clear on what they need in the role before hiring.
In this session we also go through the power of the Cogniitve Assessment and the role in plays in the selection process.
HOW TO DO A PI DEBRIEF
AUGUST 2026
This session helps you understand why some days leave you running on empty and what your PI profile reveals about the root cause. You'll learn to identify what energises versus drains you, spot early signs of burnout, and walk away with practical strategies to redesign your day for better focus, flow, and engagement.
PI CONTENT SPECIFIC FOR VISTAGE CHAIRS
During 2026, we have design unique and tailored content, specific for using PI as a Vistage Chair. Below is information about each session and the two options you can choose to attend.
SEPTEMBER - INTRODUCTION TO TEAM DYNAMICS
Your Vistage group is a team. It has a collective personality and group dynamic. Most Chairs feel this intuitively but can't name it. This session gives you the language and the tool to change that. We'll cover the science behind the Team Insights wheel - how it works, what it's measuring, and why it's one of the most practical things in your PI toolkit.
You'll learn how to plot your members on the wheel yourself, what the different positions tell you about how someone shows up in a group, and how to start reading the room through a completely different lens. We'll also walk through the toolkit you received during training so you know exactly how to use it — not just what it contains.
DATE OPTIONS: Monday 31st August (9:00 - 10:30am) or Friday 4th September (10:00 - 11:30)
OCTOBER - STRATEGY VS BEHAVIOURS: Why strategy execution stalls in people
Most Chairs have sat with a member who has a clear strategy and a capable team and still can't work out why nothing is moving. The plan looks right. The people look right. But execution is stuck. This session gives you the PI lens to see what's actually happening.
You'll leave understanding how to look at a member's leadership team through a PI lens and spot the misalignment between what the strategy demands and what the team is actually built to do. It's one of the most clarifying conversations you can have with a member and most of them have never had anyone frame it this way before.
DATE OPTIONS: Monday 12th October(9:00-10:30) - Friday 16th October (10:00 - 11:30)
NOVEMBER - PREDICTING YOUR MEMBERS CRISIS BEHAVIOURS
November is when it starts. The pressure of year-end builds, and the CEOs and executives in your group begin to default - not to their best selves, but to their most instinctive ones. Some go into overdrive generating new ideas when what the business needs is focus and execution. Some put their head down and grind so hard they forget to bring anyone with them. The pattern is predictable. And with PI, you can see it coming.
This session explores how your members behave under pressure based on their PI profile, specifically how they default when the dial gets turned up and how to coach them through it rather than watching it unfold. You'll leave knowing which of your members is most at risk as the year closes out, what their crisis pattern looks like, and what to say in a 1:1 that actually helps. The best time to have this conversation with a member is before they're in it. That's exactly what this session prepares you for.
DATE OPTIONS: Monday 2nd November (9:00 - 10:30am) or Friday 6th November (10:00 - 11:30am)
