If you have people, you need us.

We work across a wide range of industries — from professional services, finance, investment, and technology (SaaS, IT, creative agencies) to manufacturing, construction, agriculture, healthcare, retail, logistics, education, not-for-profit, and local government.

Our sweet spot is organisations that are growing, evolving, or strengthening their leadership capability and culture.

We don’t work with industries that conflict with our values — including tobacco, oil and gas, or any organisation operating unsustainably or harmfully to people or the planet.

What don’t you do?

We’re not HR — and that’s intentional.
We don’t handle employment law, compliance, or performance management (like PIPs).

We focus on strategy, leadership, and behavioural insight — the parts of people management that drive performance and culture.

From onboarding to quarterly reviews and annual people strategy sessions, you’ll experience a blend of videos, technology, emails, and live sessions designed to make everything seamless.

And yes — we love delighting our clients, so expect a few surprises and gifts along the way.

Do we need Predictive Index (PI) to work with you?

Not always.

Many clients choose PI once they see how clearly it builds confidence and insight into their people — but it isn’t required for every engagement.

If you don’t have PI: We can include a PI subscription (annual, unlimited use) and embed it into hiring, team design, and leadership.

If you have PI through Red Wolf:

We’ll help you apply it every day — in recruiting, manager coaching, team alignment, and more.
If you have PI through another provider: We can’t deliver PI services, but we can still partner on leadership programs, Company

Values design, EVP, engagement surveys, and broader culture work (no PI licence required).

Bottom line: you don’t need PI to start — and several of our programs (e.g., Values Design, EVP, many leadership programs) run perfectly without it.

We already use psychometrics — do we still need Predictive Index?

Absolutely — and here’s why.

Many organisations already use various psychometric tools, but often inconsistently or in isolation.

Predictive Index (PI) isn’t just another test — it’s a business system that connects your people data to your business strategy.

You don’t need to replace everything right away. We’ll review what’s working, identify gaps, and help you unify your people insights so leaders actually use the data, not just collect it.

We’ve never used psychometrics before — will people hate being ‘profiled’?

Most people love it. Let’s be honest, people love learning and thinking about themselves.

PI isn’t invasive or clinical — it’s quick (about six minutes) and instantly insightful. Teams find it engaging, accurate, positive strengths based and fun — it sparks real conversations about how to collaborate better.

We introduce it in a safe, practical, and positive way, so it feels empowering, not evaluative. Within hours, most people say, “That’s so me!” — and managers finally have a common language for performance and motivation.

How does Predictive Index (PI) work?

PI is a science-backed people analytics platform that helps leaders make confident decisions about hiring, coaching, and team dynamics.

With an annual subscription and unlimited use, it gives you access to behavioural and cognitive data across your organisation. You can subscribe to the modules you need and the budget you have.

We turn that data into strategy — training your leaders and embedding it into daily operations.

How do we get started?

We like to make it easy — and fast — to get started.

It begins with a Discovery Call, where we learn about your business in depth — where you are now, what’s working, what’s not, and most importantly, where you want to go.

From there, we move into a Solution & Co-Design Session to map out a tailored pathway forward.
You’ll walk away with clarity on your people priorities, recommended actions, and how we can help you achieve them.

This process can be completed in as little as 48 hours, so we can get your people strategy moving quickly.
