What to Bring
Your Personal Computer
Kindly have your personal computer with you at the workshop
Access to Predictive Index
Make sure you are able to log-in to PI’s portal. For assistance, please contact your administrator or Alicia Lykos.
Your Team’s Behavioural Profiles
Please bring the behavioural profiles of 4 to 5 team members. View the activity.
Send out Behavioural Assessments
To make the 2-day workshop more relevant and practical for you, we’d like you to use Behavioural Assessments from members in your immediate team such as your direct reports or colleagues.
To ensure you are prepared, please request that 4-5 of your immediate team members or direct reports to complete the Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment.
Generally, there are 2 methods to do this, so please watch our short ‘how-to’ video below.
You will also find some helpful templates should you wish to use them.

Option 1: Send via Email
Your team members will get an email directly from the PI system requesting them to complete the Behavioural Assessment.

I’m attending a Talent Optimisation workshop with Red Wolf Group in a few days to learn more about The Predictive Index. I’ll be learning about how to interpret and apply behavioural assessment results of those I work with and I need your help to prepare.
Soon you’ll receive an email from The Predictive Index with a link to the Behavioural Assessment. It should take you about 10 minutes to complete.
By the end of the workshop, I’ll be able to interpret your results as we go over them together, putting us on a path of better collaboration so we can achieve our goals together.
In the future, these results will help us understand the drives, needs, and work behaviours of ourselves and our peers.
